Past Updates:

The family of Rachel is still waiting on an arraignment date. We are hoping to have some news within the next few weeks.
Thursday, April 24, 2008
Currently Rachel's case is being prepared at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. We do not have an arraignment date at this time.
Rachel's father, Steve Elliott, had the pleasure of meeting Carlos Romo and Julie Cotton last week. He attended a yearly Victim's Rights March where he was able to listen to City and State officials speak about the rights of victims of violent crimes. Rod Pacheco is a man determined to make a difference when it comes to innocent lives and the violent crimes committed on a daily basis.
We have confidence that the legal system will provide proper justice for Rachel and her family.
Please check back soon for more updates on Rachel's case.
