Thank you all for the kindness of your sympathes. Thank you for thinking and praying for us and for remembering Rachel. 21 years ago today was a sweet and wonderful day for Jill and I: our first child, a beautiful baby girl, was delivered into our woefully incompetent arms. We were thankful then as we are now. Rachel's life was a precious gift, and we are grateful everyday, always, for her love...

I am a nurse, and have seen devistating injuries from drunk driving accidents. I have been a victim of this terrible fact myself. I pray God strenghtens you and your family and continues to bless you all in spreading the message of drunk driving.

I am so sorry for your loss and I pray that what you are doing helps other families teach their children and young adults how their choices can affect the lives of good people.

Hi Steve and Jill-just thinking about you as you come to mind so often. My Rachel is graduating Santiago High School in 3 weeks...Thinking about your Rachel and her babysitting my kids when we first moved in...Thinking of my Rachel going off to College in a few months and her being so far away from me. Not that i am in control, but her Lord and Savior is...but I do know that i will be praying for her safety continually. as I am sure the two of you were for your Rachel. May my Rachel be a vessel from losing two 19 year old girls in her life in seperate Drunk Driving accidents to detour others from it...You are always close in my heart in my prayers.

I would like to thank all of the people on here who have taken the time to leave a message on Rachel's Guestbook. I would also like to thank those of you who have shared Rachel's story with classmates for your school projects. We appreciate your thoughts, support and efforts towards preventing future DUI deaths. It does mean a lot to us. ~Lando
